Following dinner at Pauly’s Pizzeria, we went back to the hotel for a bit, and then took an evening stroll down through Memorial Park and over to Main Street Square to check out some of the shops and indulge in dessert at Silver Lining Creamery. Seeing as how it was a little cooler that evening, we opted to eat inside, but they also have a walk up window where you can order and eat your ice cream out on the square.
Apparently Silver Lining Creamery is known for it’s mason jar sundaes, but we were still pretty full from dinner, so we each just opted to get a scoop in a dish. Silver Lining Creamery makes its own unique flavors by hand every day, so you never know which flavors they might have available on a visit.
As you can see, I opted to get something chocolatey. If I’m not mistaken it had chuncks of brownie and Oreos in it. I don’t remember the exact flavor name and seeing as how they have different flavors every day, I can’t find a listing online either.
Silver Lining was so tasty, but I do recommend going small as their flavors are very rich and very filling. Apparently they also have a location in Fargo, North Dakota, so maybe we will have to try them again at that location another time!
