Ok, today we are moving into the Southwest region of Utah…which inadvertently has some Southeast locations mixed in, because like I mentioned in my previous Utah post, their guidebook is not overly helpful! But here it goes!

- Cedar Breaks National Monument: A natural amphitheater with stunning views.
Bryce
- Bryce Canyon National Park: Beautiful park known for its stunning red rock formations.

Escalante
- Escalante Petrified Forest State Park: A chance to check out a petrified forest!

Kanab
- Buckskin Gulch: The longest and deepest slot canyon in the southwest.
- Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park: Beautiful red sand dunes.
- Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument: Fun place to hike that includes Calf Creek Falls.
Lake Powell
- Rainbow Bridge: Another that should have made it into the southeast region, but it is the highest natural bridge.
Springdale
- Zion National Park: Utah’s famed park that includes red rocks, canyons, forested areas, and waterfalls.
Torrey
